So she's finally made it to the 21 age yippee...And has already used her 21 rights. Ha! Happy Birthday Livi. May you have the greatest year yet, with all your desires met and dreams come true. Love you Sis!

My New Found Beauty

These pretty flowers are ones that were growing in our front yard wild.. I've now taken it for my favorite flower.. Did a little research/studying up on them to see what the real name and kind is. This is the closet I got to its kind and originality. (At least what I think its name and origin is.)

My Birthday Baby

Can't believe how fast time has flown.. Seems like just yesterday everyone was getting ready for Word Stock III and I was heave hoowing the little man into the world.

Yesterday May 7th was Kaden's birthday so we had a party for him.. Didn't turn out as was the plan, as the other kiddo's in the area didn't make it.. yet none the less it was nice as our family spent some quality time together.. Kerri my sister came over and we all had a good time..

Best part of it all though was watching Kaden with his new toys and with the cake and all that. It was so cute.. Can't believe he's One year.. Look out year here he come!

but he took a fancy to Tomas and all his sounds too.

So all in all the evening was a hit. Best part was watching him with the different gifts he received and his ever cute and special faces and expressions he made.

Good News

I just can't hide it.. It's a total answer to prayer.. Though a lot of you may have heard already.. The man who they call "Big Josh" has yet again return out of hiding.. The greatest bit about it all though is that I asked the lord to bring him back before we here left for our field. And what would you know.. The lord totally did it and answered my sincerest prayer. Isn't he wonderful.. We have so much to be thankful for..

Good having you back Josh.. Missed ya! Good being in touch with you again.

Sad tiding and News..

Well people to all those that I love and admire and prayed so desperately to see... I have bad news to share.. I will not.. and here I say am not... attending WordStock4. I know this news may come as sad news to those that I had hoped to see there that I have not seen in forever. But alas. Such is life. PTL! Guess we can't have the best of every world.. And since the best part of my world is with my kiddos. It means I will not be seeing your cheery faces. But send my greatest love and regards and only hope those that are attending will have fun for me as well.

Then there is also the XD and would you know... I've missed it there to by just a year.. I'M TO OLD! Sniff..

The one happy news that does reach my ears though is that I do qualify to enter in the PEP.. Would you know... I'm a mother.. Therefore mothers can attend.. Yet alas I go in it alone, with no father (but Jesus) to call my own.

So that's just a little up date on me.. And the going on's. Sorry I've not been around for a while. Will be posting more shortly..Love you all! Muah!

And the beat goes on...

So basically the reason for my absence is cause my baby has been terribly sick.. It started off with him just teething.. But cause his immune system was down, he caught something in the proses. It has been a heck of a two week ride. (Late nights, fussiness to no end, crying and lots of it, fever's, bad tummy aches etc.) So I finally broke down and took him to Emergency, (was there 5 hours in all not including driving time.)Only for them to tell me that it was a flu he caught.. (No surprise!) So I basically got aspirin for him to ease the pain (as they said the antibiotics wouldn't make the kids better but worse.) So really it was all for nothing.. But it was a bit of a relief to just knowing that he would be OK, that it shouldn't be much longer and that it was just running its course..
So on back home we came.. Crashed out completely. Even the baby, poor thing went through a big ordeal for it.. They tried drawing blood and the first time they stuck him no blood came.. So that's what the long wait was about. We had to wait for a room. So we get a room and they stick him again.. But listen to this.. When the stick him.. They had three nurses holding him down both times and boy where there tears he cried.. He didn't like it one bit.. But I can't blame him either.. Cause as soon as he would finally fall asleep they'd come to stick him again, or do something that woke him for his napping. Which made him real mad. All to say, when we got home at 6 he didn't wake up till 12 that day.
Oh! And half way through his sickness I got sick with fever myself. I think a breast infection from his lack of nursing. And now I think I'm also catching what he may have had. (I'm totally sympathising with his pain now!)
