Because I love you...
I miss my little sister Charity so much. She's moved on with my parents and I realize all that she was and is to me. Though I already knew it, sometimes missing people always gets you to thinking how much a part of your life they really are and what a difference they made. And it got me to thinking and wanting to put this in words so she knows just how very much she means to me.
So this is for you Charity just so you'll always know ....
Your the best sister in the world.
The greatest treasure, that special girl.
Always willing to see the need,
Gave so much, yet never made a peep.
I know I could never have made it thus far with out you,
you helped me through hard times, you were a friend to.
I can never express just how dear you are to me,
I love you so much, more then I showed it, more the you know it.
You are such a good sample of faith and strength,
Have such determination and grace.
Thank you for caring despite all my short comings and failings.
With all this I wanted to say, thank you so much for being my sister, thank you for caring in all the many ways.
I Love you!!!

This is what 'I can wait' looks like

My life, or something like it
OK! Well I just wanted to write. Hope everyone is doing well.
Just thought I'd fill you in on what's been happening with me as I know some of you have asked.
Things have been really busy of late for me, I'm no longer living with my family. In fact this is the first time since having had my second child, give or take about 3 yrs now that I've lived with them. So this is a very new experience I'm facing.( Single and On my own.. for the most part) Thankfully I've been able to find a part time home with a good and giving friend. He's put the boys and I up for as long as our lease is around. Which now gives me 5 months more. Not to long. But better a place then nothing at all.
I'm currently really desperate and looking for another home I could join before my time here is up. (so just a shout out to anyone that may be willing to take my kids and I in this is for you.)
Other then that, things are doing fine enough. Kids have gotten adjusted to the situation here. A little on the bored side at times being as there are no siblings and other kids around to play with, but they are doing well. I do a small baby sitting job from Monday to Thursday for a 4 month baby girl. Which in a sense I'm thankful for cause it gives the boys something to look forward to and something to do, she's a pretty good baby and since I let them assist me with making her bottle and getting the things I need for her it keeps them happy with something other then just the two of them. It can be a little tricky at times trying to juggle giving the boys school and caring for her. But I've come to understand what our parents went through when we where little. You just learn to juggle it all out to where u have balance and are able to give both your 8 yr old school, and then within the hour or spaces where the baby sleeps your 2 yr old school, make lunch and clean around the house, plus have your own word time and that of your kids. So in all it's an experience I'm getting under my belt.... somewhat! :D And believe me I'm no saint, I'm not saying I've come close to mastering it. But it has helped me to understand a lot better what our mom's mostly had to do. GBT!
We have a good little set up here in( Houston still), in an apartment, 3 bedrooms,2 bathrooms, living and dining space as well. And a kitchen. When we don't have guest or visitors I have a room, the boys have a room and my friend as well. Thankfully too, a dear buddy of mine came to work with the guy I live with so during the day they are out and I'm home with the kids. By about 4ish the baby goes home with her mom which leaves me just enough time to clean, and cook dinner, and take the kids for some get-out. Like I said it's a lot different then what we've been used to but I'm not complaining. I sometimes feel like I have a little family that I need cook and clean for, which is a lot different then having to cook and such for a whole home. It's different for sure I'll give you that. But I think it's a good experience as well. so although my youngest misses his Grandma a lot, and my oldest my sister and brother which are more his age. All in all they are really doing well. We are doing well, and I have to say I'm proud of them given the circumstance.
And that about sums it up really, of what's been happening with me. And I wouldn't mind if you could all keep me in your prayers that I can find a good well rounded home.. especially one that has a good school situation for the boys. tks!
So that's me for now. Love you all!
